CONDITIONS OF RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE
General
Only the customer who made the purchase online at www.tiande.eu is eligible to return the product. Products purchased from other sellers cannot be returned.
1.1. A customer shall be entitled to return the product at any time before it is delivered, at the time it is delivered by courier and within 7 (seven) days, excluding the day of purchase.
1.2. The Customer shall be entitled to exchange the purchased product for an analagous product within seven days after receiving the order. If there should be no analagous product available in the online store at the time, the customer returning the product shall be able to cancel the purchase and demand a full refund less delivery charges. If the customer returns a promotional package of product, only the entire package can be returned. Partial return of the order shall not be allowed.
1.3. Return or exchange of a good-quality product is possible only when the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties (bears no traces of use or wear, has original undamaged packaging and labels and a full set of all products).
1.4. To return or exchange a good-quality product, the customer must file a return application, and include a sales slip with the conditions of the purchase and his or her identification document.
1.5. The customer shall not be eligible to return a good-quality product if:
1.5.1. The product has been custom-made to be used exclusively by the customer that purchased it;
1.5.2. The product is listed on List No. 55 of Non-Food Good-Quality Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged.
1.6 The Seller shall refund the price of the product less shipping expenses within 10 days after submission of the corresponding written application; within this time, the Seller shall be allowed to carry out an expert assessment of the product to determine its quality and consumer properties. If more than 10 days should elapse after return of the product to the Seller, please contact us via the feedback form in your Personal Office.
2.1. Poor-quality products are products that do not correspond to the requirements established for this product category in normative and legal acts or normative documents and the terms and conditions of the contract with the customer.
2.2. The Product must correspond to the description in the online store catalog. Differences in design or decoration elements between the actual Product and the Product as it appears on the website shall not amount to poor quality.
2.3. Whenever a customer should discover any defects not declared by the seller in advance, he or she may choose to:
demand that the product be replaced by a product of the same type (same model and/or article number);
demand that the product be replaced by a product of a different type (model, article number), and the purchase price be adjusted accordingly;
demand that the purchase price is accordingly reduced;
demand immediate and free elimination of all product defects, or compensation in full for any repairs done by the customer or any third party;
terminate the sales contract and require that the full price paid for the product be refunded.
2.4. The deadlines for meeting the customer’s demands in each particular case shall.
2.5. Whenever any defects should be discovered in the product, the customer must file a return application, and include a sales slip with the conditions of the purchase and his or her identification document.
2.6. Only a full set of product components and parts can be returned. Partial return of the order shall not be allowed.

Your banking details should refer either to your personal account, or an account of your representative. In this case, your representative must have a power of attorney issued to his or her name, and this power of attorney must be approved by the Seller. The time it takes to deliver the refund depends on the internal rules of the recipient bank.
